Oscars!!!

Tonight is once more the time in which all the hardworks of the directors, actors and everyone who contributed to making the best movies of the year. Today we see the Oscars as the most prestigious award that is only given to the best film makers and actors and staff. We trust the jurors of the Oscar to be completely impartial to the contestants yet was it always the case. In most contests like Oscars it is frustrating to note that sometimes side factors such as politics can be influencial on them. For instance at past it was noted with disgrace that afro-american actors and directors were at disadvantage and discriminated at past. However it seems that that problem has been overcame, there are other reasons for discrimination now like religion and carrying out political ambitions. For example, the singing contest known as the Eurovision is infamous as the huge amounts of influence that the countries that can cast upon it is very well known. To keep minorities happy or to show your "good will" in building bonds are known reasons in Eurovision that affects the votes. Even though it is not proved another organisation that we all know very well is continously being occused of being influenced by the governments. The Nobel awards for literature were argued a lot for promoting treason to ones country as it seems to reward those that write novels that causes lots of unrest at their country. But that shall be the subject of another blog. All I wanted to say was for the beauty of all arts governments must refrain from influencing such major organisations
